Award winning bar and restaurant the George announces the first of 12 events celebrating Australia’s First Families of Wine
Australia’s First Families of Wine is an exciting initiative created by 12 family owned Australian wineries. Together they represent 16 Australian regions across 4 states and between the families have more than 1200 years of winemaking experience
Hayley Purbrick from Tahbilk Wines joins The George from 5-7pm on July 22nd as we begin our Australia’s First Families of Wine Series. Established in 1860 Tahbilk is one of Australia’s most beautiful and historic wineries and is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year
We will be matching 4 beautiful wines from Tahbilk with wonderful tapas from Head Chef Telina Menzies
Tickets are $45 and bookings are essential
